Mr. Mark Henry
Mark has flight Instructed in New England as a FAA Gold Seal Instructor for over 10 years. Later he moved on to flying professionally for Alpha Flying, (PlaneSense) and contract corporate flying. Eventually he became Captain for a charter operator in the Citation 550 jet and Cheyenne turboprop. Flying for several charter companies, at each he was selected to be Chief Pilot and Check Airman, a position he has held for over 7 years. With over 6,000 hours, Mark flies the Citation Excel and Citation Bravo jets for Waltzing Matilda Aviation. His trip experience includes international flights to Canada, Bermuda, and the Caribbean. One of his more memorable flights was in a Cessna seeing the wildlife as he followed the Alaska pipeline above the Arctic Circle.

Director of Operations
Mr. Rich Seifel
With more than 6500 hours of flight experience in multiple aircraft types including the Cessna Citation Bravo, Encore and Excel, Rich is a highly respected and accomplished aviator. Rich joined Waltzing Matilda Aviation in 2015 as a captain on the Bravo before becoming the Director of Operations in 2018. Prior to WMA Rich has flown for Cape Air, CommutAir, NetJets and LinearAir. Rich holds a Bachelor of Science in Aviation Operations from Daniel Webster College where he also earned a CFI, CFII, MEI, he has an MBA from the University of Hartford, and is currently working on a Masters of Science from Embry-Riddle Aeronautical University in Aviation and Aerospace Sustainability.

Mr. Devan Wiebe
Devan has been an active pilot for more than ten years. He holds an FAA Airline Transport Pilot license as well as Commercial Glider and Sea Plane ratings and is a Certified Flight Instructor. Devan has flown more than 7,000 hours in many different aircraft. He also is a member of the FAA Safety Team, or FAAST, in the Boston area. In addition to flying passengers, Devan enjoys teaching beginner and advanced students at a flight school in MA as an FAA Gold Seal Instructor. When he is not in the air, Devan can be found teaching basic firearm safety as a MA State Police certified instructor, and designing and directing lighting rigs for a non-profit musical theater production company in Concord, MA. Devan resides near the Bedford, MA area with his wife and young daughter.

Mr. George Bent
George has been flying out of New England for over 20 years. Qualified on both jets and helicopters, his experience includes traffic reporting, medevac, charter and corporate flying. George is a graduate of Boston University and is type-rated in the Citation Bravo and XL.

Mr. Dan Fields
Dan has earned his multi engine ATP certificates and has been flying for hire since 2008. Dan has experience flying the Cessna Citation Bravo, Encore, and XLS+ with type ratings for each. Dan has over 6,000 hours of flight experience.
